Born in Camden, South Carolina, Pesuto grew up surrounded by the sounds of Gospel, Reggae, Soul, and Hip-Hop — a foundation that shaped his lifelong relationship with music. After relocating to New York City, he immersed himself in the city’s diverse creative scene, working in iconic venues like Brooklyn Mirage and Le Bain while refining his craft as an ever-evolving DJ.
Pesuto’s style is rooted in versatility and cultural fusion. His sets seamlessly weave together House, Afrobeat, Amapiano, and innovative remixes of popular tracks, creating experiences that span continents and genres. Whether sparking dance floors with deep grooves, reimagining familiar songs with fresh interpretations, or taking you on a journey, Pesuto brings an authentic, globally inspired sound.
Now serving as DJ & Creative Music Director for Cook & Vybz by Jerk Reserve, Pesuto channels his small-town roots and big-city influences into curating soundscapes that connect cultures, amplify flavor, and turn every moment into a vibe.
